Ingredients :
4 Tbsp. hemp hearts
½ cup chia seeds
1 cup of water
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. psyllium powder
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. swerve
2 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
Directions :
1. Chia seeds and water should be combined in a basin, stirred, and let aside for 5 minutes.
2. Mix in the swerve, oil, hemp hearts, vanilla essence, psyllium powder, and nutmeg using a mixer.
3. Make a dough by combining the cocoa nibs with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Cut the dough in half, roll each half into a long cylinder, put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pat down evenly, and bake at 285 degrees F for 20 minutes.
5. Bake for an additional 25 minutes after removing the parchment paper.
6. To make little pieces, remove the cylinders from the oven and set them aside to cool.
7. Add some almond milk and have it for breakfast.
