My nearly perfect iPhone 15 Pro Max has one huge problem – iPhone 16 Pro should solve it،

Apple introduced the iPhone Max in 2019, and the largest and most premium iPhone model quickly became a fan favorite. The iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max are the best-selling iPhone models post-launch, and I can see why: the iPhone 15 Pro is already pretty expensive, so paying $100-$200 more for a much bigger screen and longer battery life significantly longer seems obvious to many. So, I did it too. I finally got my very first iPhone “Max” instead of something smaller like the iPhone 15 Proand while I really like the big screen and seemingly eternal battery, there’s one big problem… I can’t use the phone one-handed (unless I shuffle it).

And that’s a bit of a dealbreaker.

iOS enabled iPhone 15 Pro Max makes my first “Max” unusable with one hand

Thanks to the state of iOS, which was never really optimized for one-handed use on larger phones, I can’t access the Instagram and Twitter home buttons on my 6, 7 inches. iPhone 15 Pro Max. I also have to do hand gymnastics every time I have to “go back”, thanks to Apple’s decision to make this gesture accessible only via a swipe from the left of the screen (practical if you are left-handed – I’m not).

Although one-handed typing is possible thanks to the “swipe to type” keyboard feature, I can’t reach the number row switch button, which is on the far left of the keyboard (Apple doesn’t let you does not allow it to be placed in the top row like on Android). On a positive note, I love the two-handed typing experience, especially since I’m coming from much smaller phones like the iPhone 13 mini And iPhone 14 Pro.

Not to mention that my poor grip when moving the phone to reach objects on the screen also makes me nervous about dropping it, which of course rules out the possibility of carrying it without a case, which ( wait) makes it iPhone 15 Pro Max even thicker, wider, taller and heavier, which (you guessed it) only makes it even more difficult to use one-handed.

If you find the iPhone 15 Pro Max too big and the iPhone 15 Pro too small, you should probably wait until iPhone16 Pro, which should be… perfect

But this is where the iPhone16 Pro comes into play (if and when it does, of course).

When using the iPhone 15 Pro MaxI couldn’t help but think about the leaked information we have on the iPhone16 Pro, and its new 6.3-inch screen, which could well make it the “big iPhone” of my dreams. Big enough to not make me squint like my iPhone 13 mini done), large enough to make two-handed typing faster than with the iPhone 14 Proand yet small enough to allow one-handed use – which is very different from my experience with the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Despite Apple’s efforts to make the iPhone 15 Pro The series looks smaller with slightly curved edges, a reduction in display bezel size and a huge loss in weight, nothing makes a phone feel smaller than a phone that’s actually smaller. And that’s why I think everyone who finds the iPhone 15 Pro MaxiPhone 15 Plus or iPhone 14 Pro Max unmanageable, we would have to wait until iPhone16 Pro.

THE iPhone 15 Pro Max Isn’t this the great revolutionary iPhone we thought it could be

Of course, an added bonus for those considering going for the claimed 6.3-inch iPhone16 Pro should be the alleged presence of the same 5x optical zoom camera found in the iPhone 15 Pro Maxwhich is indeed a great advantage.

Additionally, the slightly larger 6.3-inch format could result in a slight battery increase for the 6.3-inch. iPhone16 Pro vs. 6.1-inch iPhone 15 Pro. The same could be true for the 6.9-inch iPhone16 Pro Max vs. 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Pro Max.

As for me…I may or may not return my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Frankly, I’m a little undecided. I like the big screen and 5x zoom camera, but are they worth carrying around a phone I can’t use one-handed? I guess I still have a few days to decide before the return window closes.

Until then, I hope Apple prepares significant iOS upgrades that will make the new one bigger. iPhone16 Pro and iPhone16 Pro Max no longer usable with one hand. Because they will need it.
