Pixel Watch might receive a handy new feature: notifying you when it’s fully charged،
Last month, Google launched its second smartwatch, the Pixel Watch 2, alongside the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. Now it looks like it’s going to improve it with some features that were missing initially.
According to Android Fontthe curator of the Google News Telegram channel, Nail Sadykov, stumbled upon a nugget in the last Pixel Watch application. There is an indicator that, when enabled, notifies your phone when your paired watch reaches a full 100% charge.
The Pixel Watch companion app v2.1.0 is preparing a new battery full notification feature.
When your watch reaches 100% charge, the companion app will send you a notification that the watch is fully charged.
The functionality is currently hidden behind a server-side flag. pic.twitter.com/1qvDsg4RT5

With the Pixel Watch 2Google didn’t venture far from the first generation Pixel Watchthe style. But hey, it’s cool because the Pixel Watch was, and still is, a beautiful looker with a sleek, simple design.
The only big difference is that while the original was made entirely of stainless steel, the Watch 2 sports an aluminum case. Aluminum is not as strong, but it is lighter. THE Pixel Watch 2 loses 10% of the weight of its predecessor.
However, looking ahead, a new patent hints at a significant redesign of the Pixel Watch 3 design, potentially introducing a new look to the upcoming generation.
