Master & Dynamic introduces luxurious MW09 wireless earphones with ANC،
Master & Dynamic, the New York-based luxury audio brand, has revealed its latest innovation: the MW09 active noise-canceling true wireless earbuds.
As with all M&D products, design is a strong point, with each pair of MW09 headphones being made from anodized aluminum and sapphire crystal. They are also available in six luxurious colors. Consumers can choose from:
- classic black with a black aluminum housing
- pure white and silver with a silver aluminum housing
- gold with a gold aluminum case
For those who prefer a little more resilience, there are three additional choices: green, blue, and bronze, all featuring a sturdy Kevlar charging case.
The M&D MW09 earphones feature AI-powered talk capabilities that promise clarity in even the busiest environments. Connectivity is also a key focus, with Bluetooth 5.4 ensuring a seamless and reliable connection with the listener’s device. The acoustic architecture, redesigned for richer, more detailed sound, features custom 11mm beryllium discs delivering Master & Dynamic’s widest soundstage to date. The headphones are future-ready, being compatible with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Sound and Auracast.
The battery life of the M&D MW09 is a major selling point. While competitors like the AirPods Pro offer up to 6 hours of battery life on a single charge and a total of 30 hours with the charging case, the MW09 significantly speeds up gaming, delivering up to 16 hours of gaming enjoyment. Listening on a single charge, coupled with an additional 32 hours thanks to its wireless charging case. However, these figures are only achievable with ANC turned off. Enabling ANC reduces listening time to 12 hours per charge, which is still exceptional.
Jonathan Levine, founder and CEO of Master & Dynamic, emphasizes that the MW09 is the result of an unwavering commitment to improving performance without compromising the company’s design philosophy. “We are very excited about our proprietary AI-enhanced conversation solution and adaptive ANC. But we’ve also upgraded the M&D Connect app with new features, including sidetone, custom EQ settings, earbud battery monitoring, and an earbud fit test. With all these improved features, I’m confident the MW09 will sound as good as it looks.” said Levine.
Priced at $349 for the aluminum case variant and $399 for the Kevlar case option, the MW09 has a range of features designed for the discerning listener.
