Galaxy S24’s Geekbench Listing Reveals 8GB Of RAM With Exynos Chipset،
Samsung’s next flagship, the Galaxy S24, could still have 8GB of RAM in 2024. Earlier this year, the South Korean tech giant launched the Galaxy S23 series with three models. Of these, the vanilla Galaxy S23 came with 8GB of RAM across all storage models, including 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. However, at the same time, other manufacturers like OnePlus and iQoo are giving the users the choice to get the variant with the desired RAM and storage.
The Korean version of the Galaxy S24 has module number SM-S921N
According to an X (formerly known as Twitter) user who goes by the name @Tech_Reve, the vanilla Galaxy S24 could come with 8GB of RAM. The user cites the Geekbench listing of the Korean version of the smartphone, with model number SM-S921N. From the list we can see that the memory size is 6.83 GB. Although 8 GB memory variant is not a problem, Samsung does not provide the vanilla Galaxy S series phone with RAM higher, even on higher storage variants.
Geekbench listing reveals Exynos 2400 performance scores
The Geekbench listing also reveals the benchmark score of the upcoming Exynos processor on the Galaxy S24. In the listing screenshot, the Galaxy S24 packs a processor with its main core at 3.21 GHz, with which it scores 2,051 points in the single-core score and 6,204 points in the multi-core performance score. This could be the Exynos 2400 SoC that we have been hearing about.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, on the other hand, scores over 2,500 points in single-core and over 7,200 points in multi-core Geekbench. This indicates that the Exynos 2400 SoC is not as powerful as the Snapdragon chip. Nonetheless, most reports suggest that the vanilla Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus will ship without the Snapdragon chip, which will be reserved for the high-end Galaxy S24 Ultra.

User However, it is currently unclear whether Indian or international units will also ship with the same storage. The Galaxy S24 series is expected to roll out in January 2024.
