Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake Trailer Shows First ‘In-Engine Look’،

It’s hard to imagine that Solid metal gear 3 was released in 2004. Now, with a remake officially in development, Konami has given us a glimpse of this new version of Snake Eater and its shiny new visuals.

No release date yet

The brief teaser shows the first “in-engine” look of the modern Metal Gear Solid 3, with some nice shots of Naked Snake making his way through the jungle. It looks pretty awesome at this point.

Unfortunately, there is no release date for the remake yet. However, given that next year will be 20 years since the original game’s release, it would be appropriate for Konami to release it at that time. However, this is just speculation on our part.

The project is co-developed by Virtuos, a Singapore studio that has worked on some big names, including helping with the Switch port of Dying Light: Premium Edition and helping with The Callisto Protocol.

As for the MGS3 trailer, the video description states that the game environments were captured in Unreal Engine 5, in which the remake is also fully made.

With the release of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection, fans can now relive some classic stealth games, courtesy of the legendary Hideo Kojima. However, it should be noted that Kojima is not involved in the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake. Many will remember when the veteran author left Konami before the release of MGS V and during the development of Silent Hills.

That aside, many will look forward to the revitalization Solid metal gear 3, especially at a time when the series in general is experiencing something of a resurgence. The upcoming remake will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
