Pixel users are finding support in an unexpected place،

As the Pixel user base continues to grow, it’s only natural that more people will need support services, but so far users I wasn’t particularly happy with the kind of support they receive, but Google seems keen to change that. The company has now become more active on Reddit to help users answer any questions they may have.

While Google has significantly improved its software support and spare parts availability, the next logical step to ensure customer satisfaction and retention is to be easily accessible. The company achieves this in particular by being very active on Reddit via its official profile, u/PixelCommunity.

Even though this profile was created in 2016, Google was not yet very active on the platform, despite a promise made seven months ago to post more frequently and help users resolve their issues.
The company has finally started to deliver on that promise. As noted 9to5Googlethe company began interacting with users more actively from the end of September, providing daily responses to queries.
Since Reddit has no restrictions on answer length, it is a great platform for step-by-step instructions. Often the answer is simply a link to an article on the subject. Google Help forums. Other times, users are directed to phone or chat support.

9to5Google observed that the responses are general and simple in nature, with Google often asking users to ensure they are using the latest version of the operating system or application or to clear the cache.

Still, it’s a good step, and at the very least you have the assurance that you won’t be left behind.
