T-Mobile smashes another remarkable 5G coverage goal with months to spare،

Just in case the latest scientific reports compiled by Ookla and Opensignal didn’t make it clear enough, TMobile once again boasts and underlines today its national supremacy in 5G with a new breathtaking and absolutely competition-destroying statistic.

No less than 300 million people in the United States are now (theoretically) covered by Magenta’s Ultra Capacity 5G signal, and for people unfamiliar with the company’s marketing jargon, we should probably point out that that’s actually the name given to the only mid-range 5G network. T-Mo range.
If this makes you even more confused, let’s further clarify that Mid-Band (or Ultra Capacity) is the fastest version of 5G deployed and expanded at an incredible pace by the “Un-carrier” over the past two years. Meanwhile, the slower low-band technology that formed the initial basis of T-Mobile’s “nationwide” 5G network is now available to “more than 330 million people, or 98% of the population” in the United States under the Extended Range brand.

The 300 and 330 million milestones are of course incredibly impressive numbers, but what makes the latest Ultra Capacity 5G achievement even more remarkable is that it happened well ahead of schedule.

Although it might have seemed ambitious (or completely unrealistic) at first, that was the goal set for the end of 2023, and with Christmas just two months away, T-Mo is already ready to start celebrating.

After conquering the nation and gaining an advantage over Verizon and AT&T, TMobile described as simply insurmountable, you would think the next goal would be a world title. But incredibly, Magenta is already a global champion in 5G availability as well, leading some of you to wonder what there is left to fight for.

The answer, of course, is the 5G speed crown, which remains out of T-Mo’s reach globally. Nationally, that title is also in play and virtually impossible to win, at least for the foreseeable future.
