Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G chipset tipped ahead of Indian launch،
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5G series arrived in China last month. A number of new phones have been doing the rounds on certification sites like BIS, which means they will be launched in India soon. It turns out that the 4G-powered Redmi Note 13 4G coming to the world will be powered by the Snapdragon 685 SoC.

According to tipster Kacper Skrzypek, the Redmi Note 13 4G global variant is expected to have a Snapdragon 685 SoC under the hood. It will be similar to that of the Indian variant and yes, last year’s Redmi Note 4G took the same Snapdragon 685 SoC under the hood. Get the 5G version and you get the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, just like the Chinese variant.
For the uninitiated, Xiaomi has launched the trio – Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+, all powered by 5G as no 4G models are available in China. With its global launch, we will see Redmi Note 13 4G with specifications falling somewhere in the range of Redmi NOTE 12 4G and Redmi Note 13 5G. However, no date is available at this time.
Redmi Note 13 4G specifications (expected)
As stated above, the Redmi Note 13 4G specifications fall between the Note 13 5G and Note 12 4G and we have decoded both specifications to give you a clear picture, although not confirmed at the moment.
The chipset is already confirmed i.e. Redmi Note 13 4G uses a Snapdragon 685 SoC. It will be paired with up to 8/12 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage. A 6.67-inch AMOLED display seems to be a common link between the two, so we could expect the same from the upcoming Note 13 4G with 1B colors, up to 1,000 units of peak brightness and a Corning Gorilla Glass5.
Coming to the camera specifications, we could see the same specifications as the Redmi Note 12 4G, i.e. 50MP plus 8MP rear camera setup and 13MP front camera setup. Redmi Note 13 5G sports a 100 MP primary shooter which is very unlikely to carry over to the 4G variant, so we’ll get a 50 MP instead.
Other specs include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth v5.3, Wi-Fi AC, NFC, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 5,000mAh battery paired with 33W wired charging, for no name just a few.
