Elon Musk Announces Free Premium & Premium+ Subscriptions for X: Checkout Your Eligibility Here،

The microblogging platform Twitter was taken over by Elon Musk who redesigned it under the name “X”. It has also rolled out premium plans for users who want additional features, but these plans are as expensive as Rs. 9,999. 2000 per month. However, it seems Musk had an epiphany when he announced free premium and premium+ subscriptions. However, there is a problem because no one can avail these plans for free. Find out who is eligible for these free Premium and Premium+ subscriptions.

Currently, X subscribers enjoy perks like verified badges, post editing options, long-form posts, and articles. However, soon free X users with a certain number of followers will have access to the service for free.

Elon Musk claims that all X users with 2,500 verified subscribers will receive X Premium features for free. If you have 5,000 subscribers, they will have free access to the Premium+ version. Premium+ also comes with a Grok AI chatbot and other premium features. Although the wording of the post confused users who thought that anyone with 2,500 subscribers or more would get a free Premium X subscription, in reality, that is not the case. The message means that you need to have 2,500 paying subscribers to get a premium plan yourself.

Having 2,500 blue tick subscribers is a task in itself, so getting these subscriptions for free remains a difficult task for maximum users. The offer that seems generous on the outside is not so generous on the inside.

The reason such a program is proposed could be that the Premium and Premium+ plans aren't getting as much attention as Musk hoped. Earlier, Musk talked about charging a $1 fee for everyone to use X to grow the platform, but this new announcement suggests he wants to focus on growing the subscriber base first premium.
