Google Pixel devices are suffering from an alarm bug when using Assistant،
If you rely on your Google Pixel phone to wake you up in the morning, you need to pay attention to this. There's currently a weird bug in Google Assistant that can unintentionally cause you to get a late start.
The bug was initially revealed by Artem Russakovskii, who discovered that more than 50 of his alarms had been cleared. Even inactive alarms were deleted unexpectedly. To make matters worse, this happened after a simple attempt to silence an alarm on a speaker in another room. Replication of the issue only confirmed that this was not an isolated incident, as documented in thread X below.
I just found out that all my alarms were gone on my Pixel 8 Pro. Has anyone ever had this? I have no idea how they disappeared.

Unfortunately, this is no coincidence. As reported Android Authorityit seems that asking Google Assistant to “turn off all alarms” results in ALL your alarms being deleted on Pixel 7 and Pixel 8 devices. Test by Tom's guide on a Pixel 6 Pro and a Pixel 4a also confirmed the presence of the bug, as did my own tests on a Pixel Fold. Additionally, I set Gemini as a digital assistant on the Pixel foldingso this seems to be quite common on Pixels.
The good news is that it appears that non-Pixel devices with Google Assistant don't exhibit this behavior, but the situation is certainly irritating for users who meticulously set and rely on multiple alarms. This is likely a simple fix, but its persistence over months suggests Google might not be aware of the problem. Hopefully, Google will implement this fix quickly to ensure Pixel owners can rely on their phone for those essential wake-up calls.
