While the Galaxy S24 series is doing well and the iPhone 15 family is not living up to expectations, Samsung apparently wants to keep surfing by announcing the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 earlier than expected.
The Elect says Samsung partners will begin production of parts for the Galaxy Z-fold 6 and Flip 6 in early May. This is about two to three weeks earlier than the start of mass production of components for the Z5 family last year.

The outlet believes this signals a quick launch. This suggests that Samsung could release the Z Fold and Flip 6 in July, much earlier than their predecessor's August 11 release date.

The announcement event for the phones would take place on July 10.
THE Galaxy S24's AI capabilities are supposedly the main reason it sells 10% more than the Galaxy S23 and Samsung wants to continue this momentum by launching its foldable phones before the enthusiasm for the S24 dies down. But Samsung's ambitions don't stop there.

Samsung wants to kill

The report also states that Samsung will finalize Galaxy S25 specifications in May and mass production of parts could begin in November, as was the case last year. Depending on the performance of the new foldable devices and the iPhone 16 in the market, Samsung may also bring forward the launch date of the next S series phone.

Like most others in the industry, Samsung's shipments suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic and have yet to fully recover. If Samsung manages to sell around 35 million units of the Galaxy S24 and 10 million units of the Z6 family before the end of the year, this will mean a complete recovery after five years of pandemic-induced recession.
