Metro by T-Mobile heavily discounts T-Mobile’s Home Internet gateway device

Usually available for $24.99, T-Mobile's Home Internet Gateway device is having a huge discount at Metro in TMobile. For a limited time, customers can purchase the 5G Gateway for just $9.99, although you still have to pay for one TMobile Home Internet plan.

According to Wave7 Searchthe report of (via Jeff Moore), Metro by TMobile began announcing the offering earlier this month. A photo of a California Metro store taken on March 12 confirms that the 5G gateway needed for TMobile Home Internet costs just $9.99.

The deal includes one month of free home internet, but after that you'll pay $50 per month (with AutoPay enabled). The announcement also mentions that there will be no switching fees, meaning the carrier will pay your early termination fee up to $750.

Unfortunately, the deal doesn't appear online, so if you want to take advantage of it, you'll need to visit a nearby Metro store. At this time, it's unclear if this is available at all Metro stores, but it's worth checking out if you're considering upgrading to T-Mobile's home internet service.
