Manchester City will continue their quest for an eighth FA Cup when they take on Chelsea in the semi-final of this season's competition.

City became the first team in history to reach six consecutive FA Cup semi-finals by beating Newcastle 2-0 on Saturday thanks to two goals from Bernardo Silva.

Coventry made history on Saturday when they scored two second-half stoppage-time goals to complete an improbable comeback against Wolves, securing a place in the semi-finals for the second time.

Chelsea, who are making a second trip to Wembley this season, after losing the Carabao Cup final to Liverpool on February 25, finally beat Leicester 4-2 earlier on Saturday.

Both Premier League matches between City and Chelsea have failed to produce a winner this season, with Cole Palmer scoring a 95th-minute penalty in a memorable 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge in November.

This match is a repeat of the 2021 Champions League final which the west London club won 1-0 in Porto.

Sunday's semi-final draw keeps alive the prospect of a Manchester derby in April's final, with Pep Guardiola's side still on course for an unprecedented consecutive treble.

The semi-finals are scheduled to be played on April 20 and 21 at Wembley Stadium.
