Opera One is getting an AI Features Drop program،
Artificial intelligence seems to have become the priority of many technology companies. These days, everyone has a chatbot and while that's certainly not a bad thing, it will probably be a while before AI is used for truly meaningful tasks like discovering treatments for diseases or solutions to prevent global warming. Opera is one of the companies that have invested heavily in AI. Opera One, its newest AI-driven browser, attempts to provide users with an innovative experience for those looking for such a product.
Over the weekend, Opera announced the launch of an AI Feature Drops program to provide users with even more AI-powered features. The developer version of Opera One will allow users to test new AI features every two weeks through this new AI Feature Drops initiative.
AI is evolving rapidly and so are we. We launched the AI Feature Drops program to allow users to test our latest AI explorations which may or may not make it into the official Opera One release. We're excited to allow our most engaged users to test and share their feedback and suggestions with us.
Unlike other AI-centric browsers, Opera One has native browser AI, which promises to improve users' browsing experience without the need for additional paid services or extensions.
Dubbed Aria, Opera One's built-in native AI provides free access to a GPT-based solution and real-time web data. Aria can also be trained to write in the user's unique style.
