The ability to group and share Wi-Fi passwords, hotspots, and video calls on the move between Android devices has been rumored for some time now. However, new evidence suggests that the video call forwarding feature in particular might be tied to just one specific app: Google Meet.

In this latest iteration, the code turned out to have a very specific reference to Google Meet and similar apps. This suggests that Meet will most definitely be one of the supported apps, and the “apps like Google Meet” reference could mean it extends to other video calling apps like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
