Facing issues with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & people are freaking out

Instagram disconnected without your consent? Is Facebook also offline? WhatsApp not working either? Well, you, my friend, are experiencing one of the biggest outages, particularly affecting the Meta products mentioned above. We have also seen more sites like Twitter, YouTube, and Airtel, among others, go down.

It took seconds for users to panic over the loss of ability to access Instagram and other Meta products. Twitter is already full of countless tweets and memes that people are sharing extensively after the sudden outage of these services.

Although the reason why these services are made (were made – in case you read them later), is still unknown, the fact remains, people are panicking and this time again, Twitter (or X) appears as the platform to express their feelings.

At the time of writing, users were facing login and app issues on Facebook Messenger. On the other hand, the Facebook app has seen over 3,000 outages reported every week from 6:56 p.m. (Gulf Time) or 8:26 p.m. (IST). Outages are mainly reported in Asia.

Instagram is down in the same region and is also reporting issues in the app, website, and login locations. The Wi-Fi network I use (Etisalat) is also a bit slower than usual.
