TURKEY MEATBALLS IN CREAMY GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE

Ingredients : 

Turkey Meatballs:
2 poundss ground turkey 93/7% lean
1 small onion finely diced
6 garlic cloves
1 extra large egg
2 Ounces slice of bread
2 tbsp milk for soaking bread
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
1 cup chicken stock or broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup dry Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
salt
fresh cracked black pepper
Garnish:
shaved Parmesan cheese
minced fresh parsley

Instructions : 

1) Use an oven-safe pan for cooking these meatballs because they can be cooked both on the stove and in the oven.
2) Squeeze the milk from the bread gently, then throw the soggy bread in the mixing basin and mash it up. Mix everything well before adding the remaining meatball ingredients.
3)While rolling the meatballs, begin heating the pan over medium heat. The oven to 350 degrees.
4)To ensure that each meatball is the same, use a cookie scoop to measure out an equal amount of the meat mixture. I enjoy using a cookie scoop size #40. (If you don’t have a scoop, simply roll the meatballs by hand, aiming to make them all the same size.)
5)While the pan is heated, roll the meatballs and set them on a parchment-lined cutting board.
6) Place meatballs in the pan after adding oil to it. On one side, cook for a few minutes. Flip each meatball after gently shaking the pan to remove any remaining meatballs.
7)Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl, then drizzle it over the meatballs.
8)Bake the pan for 15 to 18 minutes after placing it in the oven.
9)Remove the meatballs and top with some parsley and shaved Parmesan cheese.
