Meizu’s last flagship is here, and it’s a doozy،
Meizu recently announced its exit from the smartphone sector and the cancellation of all flagships in the pipeline, with one exception, the 21 Pro. Earlier this week, the Chinese company presented what could be its latest flagship, the Meizu 21 Pro.
Unsurprisingly, the phone looks like a stunning device on paper. At just $700, the Meizu 21 Pro offers everything you'd expect from a flagship Android smartphone, including a powerful chipset, plenty of memory, and a great camera.
What makes the Meizu 21 Pro a very interesting device is that you can get one for just $700, which is much less than other new flagships available in the market. While the phone is only available in China, the Meizu 21 Pro remains one of the most competitive flagships in the country.
Under the hood, the phone packs Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM. When it comes to storage, customers will have several choices available to them, such as 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB.
On the back, there is a triple camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Unlike the vanilla model, the Meizu 21 Pro is rated IP68 for its water and dust resistance.
Meizu 21 Pro is powered by a 5,050mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It also features a stunning 6.79-inch AMOLED display with 3,192 resolution x 1,368 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Those who want Meizu's latest flagship smartphone can take the 21 Pro in one of four colors: black, blue, white or green. It's worth mentioning that the first three color versions feature a glass back, while the Green model has a faux leather back.
