The band also sports a 4-channel heart rate monitoring module allowing users to track their heart rate throughout the day. And the 289 mAh battery lasts 23% longer than the previous model. With “typical usage”, users can get 14 days on a single charge, which is two days longer than the Smart Band 8 Pro's predecessor. With GNSS positioning, users can track their location even without their phone. The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro is protected from water to a depth of 5 ATM (165 feet).
The device now features a quick release strap on both sides of the body, making changing straps quick and easy. The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro, which will be available in black and silver, features over 200 watch faces. The band will be available through official Xiaomi channels and will cost 69 EUR and up ($75).
Also introduced today is the Xiaomi Watch S3, which features a classic watch design and a 1.43-inch AMOLED display. The Watch S3 comes with a 12-channel heart rate monitoring module that provides a more accurate reading than previous devices. The watch also offers precise positioning thanks to dual-band GNSS L1+L5. The watch also tracks the user's sleep habits over seven days and assigns a “sleeping animal” to represent their sleep quality over the past week.
The Xiaomi Watch S3, which runs the Xiaomi HyperOS system, will be available on official Xiaomi channels for 149 EUR ($161) and up.
The Xiaomi Watch 2 runs on Google's WearOS
Finally, the Xiaomi Watch 2 has been introduced and this watch runs Google's WearOS, which means the user interface will be familiar to many. It comes pre-installed with five of the most commonly used apps and supports over 200 third-party apps. The Xiaomi Watch 2 is powered by the Snapdragon W5+Gen 1 wearable platform and sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED display and comes with your choice of black or silver straps. The 495 mAh battery can run for up to 65 hours between charges in typical use.

The Watch 2 comes with a remote camera feature that allows users to preview their mobile camera before taking a photo or starting to record a video. The device has more than 160 sports modes and can help users with positioning using dual-band L1+L5 GNSS. The watch includes a 12-channel heart rate monitoring module sensor and Xiaomi states that “an improved sleep monitoring algorithm integrates blood oxygen and respiration data for comprehensive analysis and more specific information relating to health.
Available on official Xiaomi channels, the Xiaomi Watch 2 is priced at 199 EUR ($215) and up.
