Latest OxygenOS 14 update creates problems for the camera system on the OnePlus 11،
The OnePlus 11 recently received the OxygenOS 14 February update and many owners of the device wish they never installed it. You can find it by going to Settings > About the phone > IMEI.
Write the subject of your complaint, for example “OnePlus 11 camera issues following February update”. Enter the details of your complaint, add any files (such as images) if applicable, and check the box indicating that you agree to your personal data being processed by OnePlus for support purposes. When you're ready, tap the red bar that says “Submit your question” and your concern will be forwarded to the people at OnePlus who can do something about it.
Latest OnePlus 11 update causes issues with rear cameras
As of now, the camera bug only affects the OnePlus 11. The device's rear camera array includes a 50 MP image sensor supporting the main camera, a 32 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and a 48 MP ultra-wide camera. A 16 MP front camera takes selfies and supports video chats.
The OnePlus 11 is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display sporting a QHD+ resolution of 1440 x 3216 and has a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
