The easy-to-repair Nokia G22 is getting a new (vivid) color option،

Designed to be repaired in minutes, the Nokia G22 is now available in an additional color called So Peach. It's been almost a year since the phone's launch, and it looks like this will be HMD Global's swan song when it comes to launching Nokia-branded handsets.

The Finnish company is launching a new smartphone business under its own brand, although it will still hold the license to make Nokia phones for a few more years.

In terms of specifications, the So Peach model is exactly the same as the other two versions, Lagoon Blue and Meteor Grey. Available worldwide, the Nokia G22 is a budget standard phone.

It still runs Android 13, but we believe HMD Global will eventually provide users with an upgrade to Android 14. When it comes to hardware, the Nokia G22 is far from impressive.

The phone is equipped with a 1.6 GHz Unisoc T606 octa-core processor and 4/64 GB, 4/128 GB or 6/256 GB of RAM. The large 6.5-inch HD+ display features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and a 90Hz refresh rate.

On the back, the Nokia G22 packs a triple-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, along with 2-megapixel macro cameras and 2-megapixel depth cameras.

Additionally, the phone has an 8-megapixel secondary camera on the front for selfies. Finally, the Nokia G22 is powered by a 5,050mAh battery with support for 20W wired charging.

The Nokia G22 received a repairability rating of 8 out of 10 from iFixit, placing it in the top 10 easiest to repair smartphones available on the market. Currently, customers in the United States can pick this one up for around $245.
