BALTIMORE — Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce set an NFL record for career playoff receptions in the 17-10 AFC Championship Game victory over the Kansas City Ravens. Baltimore, Sunday.

An 8-yard catch by Patrick Mahomes in the first half gave Kelce 152 catches in the postseason, moving him past wide receiver Jerry Rice for most in NFL history.

The catch was Kelce's seventh of the game. His 19-yard touchdown reception gave the Chiefs a 7-0 lead in the first quarter. Kelce also ranks second to Rice in playoff touchdowns. Rice had 22 scores, while Kelce had 19.

Kelce entered the game with 1,694 receiving yards in the postseason, second only to Rice (2,245) in the NFL record books.

Kelce finished the game with 11 receptions for 116 yards.
