T-Mobile will soon offer enhanced customer service in its Experience stores،

TMobile seeks to improve the customer service it offers to its customers in the Company's so-called Experience stores. These are company-owned sites staffed with “customer-obsessed” mobile experts who can handle any issue a customer might raise. T-Mobile employees posting on Reddit say that in a few weeks, TMobile will announce a new format for Experience Stores that will allow customers to get bill credits, cancel lines and more while in an Experience Store.
