Death Stranding Is Coming to iOS and Mac Next Week

As the world continues to wait for more information on tracking Death Stranding, Apple users will soon be able to play Kojima's open-world title. Starting January 30 – next Tuesday – the 2019 game will be available on iOS and Mac devices.

The news comes from a recent article on X from developer Kojima Productions, which says that it will specifically be the Director's Cut of Death Stranding. This means that you will get the extended version, which includes additional content, such as new items.

THE Apple App Store gives some details on the devices that will be compatible with the game. For those who want to play it on iPhone or iPad, you will need to make sure that you have at least the A17 Pro chip or the M1 chip, respectively. You'll also need to make sure you also have iOS 17.0 or later.

For Macs, macOS version 12 or later will be required, as well as the aforementioned Apple M1 chip.

Death Stranding was born from the unique mind of Hideo Kojima, one of the industry's most renowned game directors. The next Apple ports will be an opportunity for fans to play it on the go. As we move towards 2024, hopefully more details on the new Death Stranding payment will be incoming soon.
