Senegal coach Aliou Cissé has been released from hospital after suffering a health scare following his team's 3-1 win over Cameroon in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The Senegalese football federation said on Saturday that Cisse, 47, was treated by medical staff for a “benign infectious pathology” and was kept overnight for tests at a local hospital in Yamoussoukro after Friday's match.

“The tests are reassuring and he is back in his group,” said the federation.
“He is doing well,” said Senegal team spokesperson Kara Thioune.
Cisse showed no obvious signs of illness when he spoke to reporters at the post-match press conference on Friday.
The victory against Cameroon allowed the reigning champions to book their place in the round of 16.
Senegal faces Guinea on Tuesday in its final group match in Yamoussoukro.
