Gmail’s unsubscribe button finally arrives on Android،
Not long ago, we informed you about Google's efforts to introduce a convenient “unsubscribe” button in Gmail for Android. Surprisingly, this feature was initially made available to iOS users. However, the wait is now over as Android users can also benefit from this quick method to stop receiving those pesky emails that you might have accidentally subscribed to. Android Font, Gmail for Android's new unsubscribe button is rolling out, strategically located in the top section of the email. Clicking on it will ask for confirmation via a pop-up dialog or direct users to the newsletter unsubscribe website. The actual process varies depending on how the newsletter publisher has integrated the unsubscribe option.

The unsubscribe button has been a feature of the Gmail web experience for some time, positioned at the top of emails to make it easier to unsubscribe from unwanted emails. Clicking this button may take you directly to the sender's website for the unsubscribe process, or in many cases it works automatically, offering confirmation of the unsubscribe status.
Until now, the Gmail mobile app didn't make things that easy. Although you could find options to block and report spam hidden in the 3-dot menu, there was no simple button to unsubscribe. Android mobile app users had to manually scroll through the email content to find the unsubscribe link, which took a little more time and effort, given that these links are usually hidden in a small police.
You can always mark emails as spam or phishing using the three dots at the top right of the email. Just make sure it's spam, otherwise you might accidentally make your spam filter too strict and miss important messages. Not everyone has access to the unsubscribe button yet, so you may have to wait a little longer for it to appear on your device.
