Xiaomi 14 Ultra Spotted On BIS, Geekbench Listing Surfaces Online،
It looks like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come to India after all. Last year, the Chinese smartphone maker unveiled the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, but the 14 Ultra did not appear at the launch event. However, the smartphone could hit the market in early 2024. More recently, a tipster suggested that the phone would also come to India.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra listed at BIS
According to tipster Sanju Choudhary, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra could be coming to India. The tipster cites a listing from the Bureau of Indian Standards, suggesting that it belongs to Xiaomi's flagship. The model number of the alleged smartphone is “24030PN60G”. Additionally, the listing also reveals the specifications of the phone.
List reveals several key specs
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra could feature a 5,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging, and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is the fastest chipset on an Android smartphone.
The tipster also suggests that the phone could come with a 2K LTPO AMOLED display. However, the main highlight of the smartphone remains the four 50 MP cameras on the rear panel. There is a one-inch 50 MP primary sensor, two 50 MP lenses, and a 50 MP ultra-wide sensor.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Geekbench score promises excellent performance
Choudhary also released the Geekbench scores of the alleged smartphone. According to the reference platform, the smartphone scores 2,267 points in the single-core test and 6,850 points in the multi-core test. The score places the smartphone alongside other flagships running on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, including the upcoming Galaxy S24 and OnePlus 12.
In the past, we have talked about the color options of the smartphone. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra could come in three colors: a blue variant with a glass back, and the orange and black variants with a silicone or leather back. Design-wise, the smartphone will retain the micro-curved edges of its predecessor, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
Expected price of Xiaomi 14 Ultra in India
While the tipster only confirms the specifications of the smartphone, its price remains a mystery. Nevertheless, we already know that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature high-level specifications, including a 2K AMOLED display, SD 8 Gen 3 SoC, and a quad-camera setup on the back. So there is a good chance that the phone will cost as much as other flagships on the market.
We expect the smartphone to come to India at around Rs. 9,999. 90,000 to 1,00,000. However, it is important to mention that these are speculations and the company has not revealed or confirmed the prices yet.
