Realme is expected to introduce its upcoming flagships globally on January 29. The new Realme 12 Pro series was quietly introduced at CES 2024, so there is a lot of information about the phones.

However, these won't be the only interesting phones the Chinese company plans to unveil. In fact, Realme has already teased a brand new phone line, which it calls… Note.

As Samsung has decided to discontinue the Note series, various Chinese phone makers have taken up the mantle in hopes of cashing in on the series' popularity among customers.

And the first phone that is part of Realme's new family of smartphones is called Note 1. In addition to the teaser briefly hosted on the company's official Twitter account, a photo taken during an internal presentation just leaked (via PlayfulDroid).

The image shows some of the key specifications of the phone and the reveal date, which is earlier than expected, January 24. According to the leaked image, Realme Note 1 will feature a large 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple camera setup (108MP + 8MP + 2MP) and a secondary selfie snapper of 16 megapixels.

Additionally, the Note 1 will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and dual speakers. There's no mention of the amount of memory, but we do know that the phone will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7050 chipset, confirming that this isn't a flagship.

We have yet to learn whether this will come with Android 14 out of the box or with an older version of the OS. This will likely be available wherever Realme sells its smartphones, so clearly not in the US.
