If you want a high-end tablet, you can go the boring and expensive route by going with an Apple, Samsung, or Microsoft tablet. But if you want to get the most out of your budget, Best Buy has a great deal on the Lenovo Tab Extreme.

Released in June, the Tab Extreme has not been marketed much. Best Buy's offer also expires in a few hours.

The Tab Extreme features a stunning 14.5-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is backed by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

The Dimensity 9000 is a high-end chip that may not outperform Samsung and Apple's latest tablet on paper, but in everyday use you're unlikely to feel a difference in performance unless you don't like to extend the performance of your devices to the maximum.

Things are heating up in the productivity department. This is a huge tablet with fast performance, so it's ideal for multitasking and productivity work. It lets you run four split-screen apps and open 10 apps as floating windows at a time.

It also has a microSD slot and two USB-C ports.

The slate comes with the Precision Pen 3 and at the moment you can also get a keyboard with it. The tablet's keyboard combo usually costs $1,099, but Best Buy is offering a $150 discount, so you can get the Tab Extreme, Precision Pen 3, and a keyboard for $949.99.

This is a new all-time low and a better option than other high-end tablets if you want a tablet with a pen and keyboard, but don't want to spend $1,477 for the iPad Pro 12.9-inch 256GB (with Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard Folio) or $1,550 on the 256GB Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and Book Cover.

Needless to say, at $949.99, it's hard to beat the Tab Extreme, making it a steal.
