On newly installed apps
Once you install a new app, you should receive a prompt saying “Allow X to track your activity on other companies' apps and websites?” . You need to select “Ask the app not to track” and guess what, it won’t be able to track you at least to some extent (we’ll get to that later).
Alternately,
- Go to Settings on your iPhone.
- To proceed to “Privacy and Security >> Tracking”.
- To fall over “Allow apps to request tracking” to turn it off.
