With Exclusion Order on hold, Apple reveals when the banned watches will be back on sale

Some Apple Stores already have the Apple Watch Ultra 2 back in stock

Apple says some Apple Stores in the US will have the Apple Watch Series 9 And Apple Watch Ultra2 back in stock today. More physical Apple Stores will see these models restocked starting next Saturday. The Apple Online Store (www.apple.com) will begin carrying these timepieces again beginning Thursday, December 28, starting at 12 p.m. PST/3 p.m. EST.

Even though Apple can now sell the Apple Watch Series 9 And Apple Watch Ultra2 In the United States, until the exclusion order ends on January 10, the company has also submitted to US customs a software update that it says will allow Apple to offer the pulse oximeter on the Apple Watch without infringing Masimo's patents. The government is expected to decide on January 12 whether the software update makes enough changes to allow it to end the exclusion order.
