OnePlus 12’s Indian Pricing Will Suprise You: Here’s What Indian Tipster Suggests،
Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R in India on January 23, 2024. While the former takes over from the OnePlus 11 released earlier this year, the latter succeeds the OnePlus 11R, or as s range t's name in China is the OnePlus Ace 2. Ahead of the official launch, an Indian tipster has leaked the Indian prices of the handsets.
The base variant of OnePlus 12 could cost around Rs. 9,999. 60,000
According to Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus 12 will be sold in green and black colors. The top variant will feature 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The tipster also mentions that the smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (4nm) SoC.
Apart from all the other details, Brar wrote that the OnePlus 12 will cost between Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 9,999. 58,000 to 60,000 in India, which seems to be a decent price for the smartphone, considering that previous years' flagships, including the vanilla Galaxy S23 and the Google Pixel 8, cost more. However, this could be the price of the base variant of the OnePlus 12.

According to the tipster, the OnePlus 12R, or the rebranded OnePlus Ace 3, will be available in blue and black colors. Additionally, this particular model is said to have up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Under the hood, the OnePlus 12R will run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4nm) SoC.
The price of this device could however vary between Rs. 40,000 to 42,000. This could also be the price of the base variant of the smartphone as the OnePlus 11R with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is currently available for Rs. .9,999. 39,795.
OnePlus 12R will be available two weeks later
Besides the expected price, Brar also mentions that the OnePlus 12 will go on sale first and that there will be a minimum gap of two weeks before the OnePlus 12R hits the market. This seems like a move to boost sales of the flagship, but despite this, the company is expected to offer users the option to pre-book the OnePlus 12R if that's the smartphone they want to opt for.
