Following the online removal, the Apple Watch Series 9 and the Apple Watch Ultra 2 now disappear from Apple Stores،

If you thought December 26th would be an early day for you, pile up all the money grandma gave you (and add some more) and head to the nearest Apple Store for a Watch Ultra 2 or a Watch Series 9 device… think again.

The week before Christmas, the Cupertino giant stopped selling the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 – they removed them from Apple's online stores. When physical Apple Stores reopen on December 26, these watches won't be found there either (via 9to5Mac).

As Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported, Apple Stores have received new marketing materials in an effort to promote the Apple Watch SE, which remains available for purchase — it's missing the blood oxygen sensor that started this whole mess.

As you already know, the blood oxygen sensor Apple Watch Series 9 And Apple Watch Ultra2 infringes two Masimo patents and there is a long-standing dispute between Apple and the medical device company (it's Masimo).

In a statement to 9to5Mac, Apple said it “will continue to take every step to return Apple Watch Series 9 And Apple Watch Ultra2 to customers in the United States as soon as possible.

Apple also told 9to5Mac that it will appeal the ITC's final ruling to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on December 26.

If one wishes to obtain the aforementioned “banned” devices, the option is to go to other points of sale, including Amazon and Best Buy. However, once these retailers' existing supply is sold out, they will no longer be able to restock.
