Treat yourself to Google’s Pixel Tablet and save 20% this holiday season on Amazon،

You still haven't decided what to give yourself for this holiday, even though Christmas is almost here? If you're looking for a new source of portable entertainment bearing the Google logo, you only have one option: the Pixel tablet. Lucky for you, this slate can be yours at a pretty decent price. Right now, the slate is selling alongside its charging speaker dock for 20% less on Amazon. It's worth noting, however, that this isn't the first time we've seen a $100 price drop. In fact, the current discount has been in effect for about a few weeks, which means there may not be much time left to take advantage of it. And if 128 GB of storage seems insufficient to you, know that prices for the 256 GB configuration have plunged by 17%.

THE Google Pixel Tablet It may not be exactly on par with some of the best Android tablets, but it's not trying to compete with the best in its class. On the contrary, it is more of a mid-range slate which still delivers fairly adequate performance with its Tensor G2 chipset.

As mentioned, this puppy comes with its charging station with speaker. Simply place it on the dock to turn the 10.95-inch slate into a smart Nest Hub display that can be used for all sorts of things, including a digital frame. As the name suggests, the dock keeps your slate charged 24/7 and doubles as a reasonably powerful speaker.

If you are a fan of binge-watching (who isn't?) your favorite TV series, you would be happy to know that the tablet comes with Google TV. The app allows you to quickly find and immerse yourself in your favorite movies and TV shows.

You can expect this tablet to last just over 9 hours of YouTube video streaming when you remove it from the charging dock, according to our own battery tests. In comparison, Google promises up to 12 hours of video streaming between charges.

While it's probably not the best option if you plan to use it for heavy multitasking, the Google Pixel Tablet should be sufficient for casual web browsing, video streaming, and light work-related tasks. Along with its charging dock, this bad boy also offers some cool features you won't find in most tablets. Plus, now that it's available for $100 off (although not for the first time), it might be even more appealing to some users.
