Poco M6 5G launched in India for Rs. 9499: Will retail via Flipkart،
Poco today launched the most affordable 5G phone in India. The vanilla model of the M6 series has gone official in the country and promises to offer good quality specifications at the lowest prices. Poco M6 5G has been considered as the disruptor in the segment as it offers 5G connectivity at a price of less than 10,000.
Poco M6 5G: price and availability
Poco M6 5G is available in three storage models:
- 4GB RAM + 128GB storage – Rs. 999.9499 (early listing price)
- 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage – Rs.10,499 (early bird price)
- 8GB RAM + 256GB storage – Rs. 999.12,499 (early listing price)
The smartphone will be sold via Flipkart starting December 26 at 12 p.m. It is available in 2 colors: Orion Blue and Galactic Black. Airtel is also offering an additional 50GB of data with the Airtel Prepaid plan on the purchase of the Poco M6 5G.

Poco M6 5G: Specifications
Poco M6 5G sports a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. There are 2+1 card slots available that allow dual SIM connectivity and storage expansion up to 1TB using a microSD card.
On the back is a dual camera setup comprising a 50 MP main camera and an AI camera. The front features a 5 MP lens for selfies while under the hood there is a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging capacity. The charger is provided inside the box. The Poco M6 5G has a Premium Sky Dance design and comes in 2 beautiful colors. Poco has not launched it in the signature Poco Yellow shade.
For security reasons, Poco has included a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and the smartphone runs MIUI 14 out of the box. Additional features include a 3.5mm headphone jack.
