New Google Discover feature lets you easily access your liked stories،
- Saved: This tab displays a list of articles and videos that you have favorited.
- Liked: This tab displays a grid of all the articles and YouTube videos you've saved in Discover.
- Tracking: This tab displays a list of searches you are tracking.
To add a new article or video to your Liked section, simply tap the “heart” icon in the Google app while viewing the article or video in Discover. If you change your mind, removing articles and videos from your interests is just as easy: just tap the heart icon again. It's that simple. As mentioned above, the update is fully configured for Android, but there is no word on when or if it will be available on iOS.
While not a monumental update, this tweak can significantly improve your daily content browsing experience. Google seems to be encouraging the use of “Saved” as a convenient read-later service, complete with Collections and the ability to save images as well as lists in Maps. Additionally, you can share your curated collections with other users, adding a social dimension to the feature.
The Google app is a convenient tool, bringing together search, news and other features that help users stay informed, explore their interests and manage their tasks. Offering a personalized feed of news, articles and videos, it allows you to dig deeper into specific topics. With options for bookmarks, object identification and translation features, it adapts to continuous updates. It is a practical tool for those looking for the convenience of accessing information.
