West Indies win the toss and choose to play against England

West Indies won the toss and elected to bowl first against England in the penultimate encounter of their five-match T20I series at Tarouba.

West Indies had already made two changes to their team for the remainder of the series on the eve of this match, with Shimron Hetmyer dropping out after missing the third match following scores of 1 and 2 in the first two matches, making way for Johnson Charles, and Alzarri Joseph have been rested ahead of next month's tour of Australia with Oshane Thomas joining the squad.

Buttler, the England captain, said at the toss that he too would have liked to chase. The game was due to begin in wet conditions, with blankets left on the field until shortly before the toss.
