Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding: Director’s Cut for iOS no longer launching in 2023،

Hideo Kojima's first big hit after splitting from Konami, Death Stranding, was set to arrive on iOS and Mac devices by the end of this year. However, publisher 505 Games announcement that this doesn't happen again.

No new release date has been revealed, but the publisher has confirmed that Death Stranding: Director's Cut will ultimately launch on iPhone, iPad, and Mac sometime in 2024. In fact, 505 Games has announced a potential release date for early 2024, so if you're looking forward to getting your hands on this masterpiece, stay tuned for more in the coming weeks.

When games get delayed release dates, it usually means the developers need more time to polish them. Since we've already entered the holiday season, postponing Death Stranding until 2024 avoids crises and allows developers to spend time with friends and family.

Death Stranding debuted exclusively on PlayStation 4 in 2019. Hideo Kojima's first project with his own studio received rave reviews, particularly for its innovative gameplay mechanics.

However, Death Stranding is one of those games that may or may not please gamers regardless of what the reviews say. The Director's Cut edition was released in 2021 and includes improvements to the core mechanics, as well as some interesting additional content.
