Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 updated to Android 14 in the US

Samsung has updated dozens of its phones and tablets to Android 14 over the past few weeks, but that doesn't mean these major updates have reached everyone.

Before we continue, let's address the elephant in the room: Samsung made headlines with these Android 14 updates for a while, but the majority of customers are probably still waiting for theirs.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 are no exception to this unwritten rule, so if you use either of these two flagships as a daily driver, chances are you're still waiting Android 14.

The good news is that at least three carriers in the US are currently rolling out the One UI 6 update. That means if you purchased the unlocked model, you'll have to wait a little longer.

According to SamMobileT-Mobile, Metro, and Verizon are currently rolling out the update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4. The update weighs 3GB, so it's a significant update.

Along the same lines, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Fold 3 are also receiving Android 14 updates in the United States, but only carrier-locked models are currently eligible for software upgrade.
