The current leak comes courtesy of Revegnus (@Tech_Reve) and some inventory list screenshots posted for the Samsung Galaxy S24, the Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Here are the following RAM configurations for each model.
- Galaxy S24: 8 GB of RAM; 128 GB, 256 GB storage
- Galaxy S24+: 12 GB of RAM; 256 GB, 512 GB storage
- Galaxy S24 Ultra: 12 GB of RAM; 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB storage
