Dorking Wanderers manager Marc White in brutal rant, Welcome to Wrexham،

Dorking Wanderers manager Marc White carried out one of the wildest post-match takedowns in sport after his side crashed out of contention for the FA Cup.

The semi-professional team – which was formed by White and a group of friends in 1999 before winning 12 promotions to English non-league divisions – lost 2-0 to Horsham to ensure they did not feature in the FA Cup draw.

And White didn’t hold back when asked what he thought after the game in a surprisingly blunt – and X-rated – assessment of his team.

“Today there was wholeheartedly a group of players who were absolutely terrible,” White said.

“I will always raise my hand. I would be the first to be blamed. I don’t take responsibility for this rain of shit.

“But what I will do is guarantee that there won’t be much more of this from these boys.

“Atrocious. They should be arrested.

“They are told when they are doing well and that’s how life works. Whoever does this ridiculous thing like “Oh, don’t hit the players”… the fucking players get paid, they should do a great job, if they don’t do a damn good job they should at least fight.

Dorking needed to beat Horsham to reach the first round of the FA Cup for the first time in the club’s history.

White paid tribute to Horsham for their success, before putting the pressure back on his players.

“They fully deserve to be in the draw,” White said. “I really hope they get something amazing (in the next round), life-changing, so my fucking shitty players can learn a fucking lesson because they were so poor.

“They embarrassed the management team. It’s not about availability, injuries, who was coming back or not. It was about the fact that this team had failed the fans 100 percent.

He added that his players were most likely going to be “fined” for their performance.

“Some of them have shown that when the going gets tough, they don’t get tough, they go for it. It’s going to be a short career for them at my club and at our club,” White said.

“All I can do is apologize on behalf of the players and management team. For a team not to participate in the FA Cup is scandalous.
