Meet Realme’s new flagship, the powerful and stylish GT5 Pro

Realme has been teasing its new flagship, the GT5 Pro, for a few weeks now. Today, the phone maker officially introduced its high-end device in China. The GT5 Pro is a dream that will definitely not come true for customers in the United States, as this device will never be within their reach. The Realme GT5 Pro is not only a powerhouse, but also a real eye-catcher. Two versions of the phone, Red Rock and Bright Moon, feature vegan leather on the back. A third model, Starry Night, features a textured glass finish.

In terms of specifications, the Realme GT5 Pro is among the most powerful smartphones available in the market thanks to the integrated Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

The flagship is available in several versions depending on the amount of memory: 12/256 GB, 16/256 GB, 16/512 GB and 16/1 TB. In addition to this, Realme has opted for a superb AMOLED display of 6.78 inches (2780 x 1264 pixels) with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a maximum brightness of 4500 nits.

Not to mention, the massive 5,400mAh battery has been confirmed to support 100W wired and 50W wireless charging speeds. Moving on to the camera setup, the Realme GT5 Pro does not disappoint .

The phone has a triple camera lineup including a 50-megapixel primary sensor (Sony LYT-808), coupled with a 50-megapixel periscope zoom and 8-megapixel ultra-wide cameras.

Additionally, the Realme GT5 Pro features a 32-megapixel front camera, Dolby Atmos stereo speaker, under-display fingerprint sensor, and IP64 certification for protection against dust and water splashes.

In terms of price, the GT5 Pro is not expensive at all, but prices in China are much lower than US and European prices. That being said, the cheapest Realme GT5 Pro is now available for purchase for around $465, while the most expensive one sells for just $590.
