Apple is set to launch two (!) new iPad Airs and two OLED iPad Pros in March 2024،

2023 has been a very atypical year for Apple in many ways, welcoming the official announcement but not the commercial release of the potentially revolutionary product. Vision Pro while leaving iPad users without a single upgrade or new product refresh for the first time in the 13-year history of this extremely popular device family.

2024, however, is expected to return the Cupertino-based tech giant to a more “normal” way of doing business and a product launch schedule more in line with previous years, at least when it comes to the new iPads and less depending on Mark Gurman's latest Bloomberg predictions.

More choices coming soon!

Does the industry-leading iPad portfolio seem a little lacking in screen size and price diversity right now? Don't worry, because the expansion of the model that has often been talked about in recent months is still gaining ground today.

Apple gossipmonger and almost always reliable insider news gatherer Bloomberg appears to be 100% sure that not one but two upgraded iPad Airs will see the light of day in the near future alongside your new iPad Pro duo typical generation.

The “mid-range” iPad Air, mind you, currently comes in just one 10.9-inch size, but if all these recent rumors prove true, a gargantuan 12.9-inch version will be added as early as March 2024. To be perfectly clear, Apple is expected to unveil and possibly launch a total of four new tablets at this point, including 10.9- and 12.9-inch iPad Airs, in addition to “revised” iPad Pros measuring “approximately” 11 and 13 inches of screen diagonal.
In a way, you can think of this expected quartet as the giant equivalent of iPhone15 family, and just like the “vanilla” and Plus members of that line, the 2024 iPad Airs are obviously virtually guaranteed to offer many of the same features and capabilities as their Pro “cousins” at lower prices.

It's certainly an…interesting way to follow a year without an iPad release, and of course, it remains to be seen how consumers will react to a flood that's expected to continue later in 2024 with an 'refresh'. iPad mini” and a “new low-end iPad” as well.

The OLED transition is (almost surely) underway!

You know that crazy rumor from a few months ago pointing to the adoption of the LCD screen for the 2024 iPad Pros? We were probably right to treat it with skepticism, as Gurman is sticking to a centuries-old OLED prediction that many other insiders and leakers have picked up on and corroborated over the past year.
With OLED displays replacing current LCD and mini-LED technologies in the smaller and larger 2022 iPad Pros, respectively, the world's best tablets are expected to take a huge leap in color accuracy and overall sharpness, which may or may not result in significant price increases. .
Apple's next-generation giant powerhouses are also likely to adopt the cutting-edge M3 chip found in the latest MacBook Pro, thus being virtually guaranteed to widen the existing performance gap even further against the world's best Android tablets . .

There's no word yet on the screen technology and processing power of the first iPad Air duo in history (although we highly doubt OLED and M3 are on the table for these “mid-range” tablets), but we “know” that Apple also plans to unveil upgraded Magic Keyboard and Pencil accessories, as well as a new M3-powered MacBook Air at the same time as these four next-gen iPads.

This looks like a pretty well-attended spring product launch event, and we're obviously more excited than words can accurately describe.
