The unreleased Samsung Galaxy A15 pops up in three color options،

Every year, millions of people buy a new phone – and many don't share our passion for the latest and greatest, but instead opt for a relatively capable, budget-friendly device that gets the job done and costs less than $200. Next year, millions of people will buy the budget phone that Samsung will pull out of its sleeve, namely the Galaxy A15. This little guy (okay, it packs a 6.5-inch screen, so it's not). a little guy technically speaking, but you understand) will come in two variants which differ in terms of connectivity: one will offer 5G, the other 4G.

Naturally, there aren't many leaks surrounding the Galaxy A15, but around 10 days ago, renders surfaced and we got to see the device in dark blue.

Fast forward to today's latest leak, courtesy of 91mobileswhich shows the Galaxy A15 in three color options: the aforementioned blue is joined by yellow and light blue (via Android titles).

What else does the Galaxy A15 offer?

A lot (for the price), in fact. The speculated price is $149, but a few days ago the phone showed up briefly at Walmart for $139. Now the retailer's page redirects nowhere and apparently they need to fix the problem. The Galaxy A15 is expected to hit markets in the first quarter of 2024, with the 5G model expected to be available first, followed by the 4G model.

According to unconfirmed reports so far, the Galaxy A15 LTE will feature MediaTek's Helio G99 chip while the 5G version would feature the Dimensity 6100+. It's essentially the same 6nm chipset, with a 5G modem integrated into it. The octa-core chip is clocked at up to 2.2 GHz and integrates the Mali G57 GPU. Users are expected to get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with Micro SD card support. A 5,000mAh battery will power the phone with 25W fast charging support.

On the outside, both Galaxy A15 variants will be essentially the same: a mostly flat frame, power and volume buttons on the right side, with the fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button. The 6.5-inch display is expected to offer a 90Hz refresh rate. As for the cameras, there will likely be a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. MP. Rumors point to a 13 MP selfie shooter.

The three cameras on the back are vertically aligned with no camera bump. Since we're talking about camera islands, you should definitely check out what OPPO has done with its upcoming flagship, the OPPO X7 Pro. It's crazy!
