Wallets are so retro, right? Whether it's the latest, overpriced carbon fiber card holder or a classic leather wallet, we don't use them often these days.

When I take my occasional guilty pleasure trip to the 24/7 close to home to shove peanut butter bars down my throat, I realize I don't even take my wallet with me . It's my phone and the keys.

I don't carry any cash (and this habit sometimes gets me into hilarious situations), and now I don't need my cards on me all the time. Mobile payment services are just too convenient! The only downside is that you don't really want to spend the money. And your balance suffers in the end.

But I digress. Today's survey aims to assess the situation of physical wallets and mobile payment systems in 2023. Do you use mobile payment on a daily basis? Which one is it? Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or maybe something completely different?

Perhaps there are some old-timers among you who still use wallets, plastic cards, and even cash. And there may be specific cases and scenarios where mobile payment might not work (the local farmers market comes to mind).
