T-Mobile has been awfully quiet about new affordable hotspot plan،

Usually when T-Mobile introduces a new plan, you see the carrier promoting it on its website, but for some reason the company hasn’t said anything about a reasonably priced hotspot plan introduced not too long ago.
Highlighted by The mobile report, T Mobile introduced a hotspot plan in August, but few people seem to be aware of it.
The plan costs $10 per month with autopay or $15 without and gives you 30GB of broadband. Once all the data is used, the download speed will be reduced to 600 kbps.

It’s a BYOD (bring your own device) plan only, and according to alleged internal documents, the plan is intended for devices like “hotspots, tethered laptops, or a Chromebook.”

Both personal and business accounts can sign up for the offer and it is available for tax-free accounts, like Essentials, and tax-inclusive accounts, like Magenta.

A voice line is not a prerequisite, so new customers who only want a data line can also sign up for this plan. Basically, it’s a nice option for consumers who already own a device, especially compared to the plans offered by AT&T – which requires you to have a voice line for their $10/month 15GB hotspot plan – and Verizon, which hasn’t made a voice line mandatory but offers a more expensive $90/month 100GB plan.

If you move to T MobileIf you use the new plan from another hotspot plan, you may lose the benefits associated with that line. The price of the plan is not fixed, so T Mobile is free to increase the price in the future.

For now, this seems like an affordable plan for those who need another line but don’t need a lot of data or a voice line.
