The highly anticipated from Samsung Galaxy S24 The flagship series is gearing up to debut in January 2024. As that date gets closer, the rumor mill is full of new leaks, and the latest information comes from popular tipster ICE UNIVERSE.
According to ICE UNIVERSE, Samsung will not roll out a 16GB RAM variant for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Sticking with last year, the company is reportedly sticking to the 8GB and 12GB RAM configurations for its top-tier flagship. The Galaxy S24 Plus is also expected to offer 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, while the standard Galaxy S24 is configured to limit its RAM to 8 GB.

In a surprising turn of events, it appears that only the Galaxy S24 Plus will get a memory upgrade next year, with a 12GB model. Unlike its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 Plus, which was only available in an 8GB version, the S24 Plus is expected to offer more flexibility.
Previous speculation hinted at the possibility that the Galaxy S24 Ultra could feature 16GB of RAM. However, the latest scoop suggests that won’t be the case. This decision by Samsung raises eyebrows, especially given the revelations of another reputable informant, Revegnuswho shared that Samsung was experimenting with a 16GB RAM prototype for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Beyond RAM details, the next Galaxy S24 and the S24 Plus, as well as the S24 Ultra, could impress with a base storage of 256 GB. Additionally, these flagships are expected to integrate generative AI on the device, promising improved performance.
Samsung recently introduced its own AI model named Gauss, which is expected to find a place in the Galaxy S24 series. Among the expected features is AI Live Translate Call, a real-time translation function for phone calls directly on the device.
