Cleveland Browns star passer Myles Garrett avoided a serious left shoulder injury, coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday.

Stefanski said tests Monday revealed Garrett had no structural damage to his shoulder and could play this Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.

Garrett was injured Sunday in a 29-12 loss to the Denver Broncos. Garrett later said he felt something in his shoulder during the game. He left the locker room with his arm in a sling.
