Redmi Buds 5 Pro will be officially launched on November 29

November 29 marks the day Xiaomi will hold a launch event for a ton of new products, including the Redmi Buds 5 Pro. The TWS earbuds have already made their way onto Chinese retail site JD.com for CNY 399 (or $56). The teasers coming from Xiaomi have confirmed many details about the specifications and features it will offer.

The Xiaomi Redmi Buds 5 Pro will have a round charging case designed in pebbles, much like its predecessor for greater comfort. There is a 2kHz noise reduction range coupled with AI call noise reduction that will appear to attenuate surrounding noise when you are on a call using the built-in dual microphone system. There is also 46dB active noise cancellation (ANC) that lets you listen to your favorite audio or video track without worrying about ambient noise.

The Redmi Buds 5 brought a 10mm dynamic driver setup to deliver crisp sound, while deep space noise reduction and dual-engine acoustics deliver detail-rich sound on the move. There is also a Bluetooth v5.3 connection for two devices, an ultra-large 12.4mm titanium-plated polymer dynamic coil with a 1.6m precision-wound dynamic coil also integrated. You can choose between blue, white or black colors which will pass.

As for the battery, reports suggest that it is likely to boost up to 40 hours of battery life and will be supplemented by fast charging on the go.

Other devices that will make their announcements include the Redmi K70 series powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the Redmi Book 16 (2024) with 47W fast charging technology, the Redmi Watch 4 with real hardware upgrades and features to name a few.
